Fun filled day at the Fire Station!

Today Avery and I went to the Fire Station with Emily and John!  Emily's brother Cole is a fireman so, he let us come up and visit this morning!  It was a lot of fun and Cole is so nice to let us come visit him!  And, he was so good with Avery and so sweet...thanks John for sharing your Uncle!!  =)  Avery and John had a lot of fun!  I think the best part for both of them was getting to drive the fire truck!  Cole even started the truck and turned the lights on for them!  It really scared Avery at first, but then she was laughing and trying to do it her self!  We had a lot of fun!  Thanks again Cole, Em and John!!  Can't wait till we can come back!

Avery says Nanny and Poppys house is the best b/c you can eat as many chocolate chip cookies as you want and you can even eat them straight off of the table!  We had so much fun at their house on Saturday!!

Night-night

Avery will say "night-night" and lay down where ever she is!  She is soo funny and she knows it too!  We laugh at/with her all the time!  She definitely keeps us entertained!!  We love her so much, we are so thankful for her and how sweet she is!!!

Avery loves to bake!

I thought it would be fun for Avery and I to bake some Valentine cookies for Ryan and the guys at his work...Avery thought it would be better to just eat the cookies and icing and sprinkles....

She kind of just stared at the cookie once I let her have one to eat...I don't think she could believe that I was actually going to let her eat that!!  She didn't waste to much time just staring at it though!

She picked the sprinkles off and ate those first!

After she was done with hers she went in for seconds....she got really mad when she realized she wasn't going to get more!!  Poor Baby, she loves her food, just like her mama!

Happy Valentines Day!!

New James Avery earrings!!

Avery just wanted to say thanks to her Aunt Kim for her new James Avery earrings!!  She got them for Christmas but her mama was to scared to take out her old ones and put these in, but finally decided it was time for the cute new earrings!!  You can't really seem them very well unless you click and enlarge the picture!  I tried to take pictures of them, but just ended up with crazy pictures of her ears!  =)  They are so cute!  I swear this girl is spoiled already!  She has almost as much James Avery as her mama and I know will have more than me soon b/c her Aunt Kim seems to always find the cutest things for her there!  And, we all know how much her Aunt Kim spoils her!!!  =)  She is very blessed to have such wonderful people in her life who love her sooo much!!  She's not spoiled just blessed....right!!!  =)  Also, the cute sweater in these pictures is from, you guessed it, Aunt Kim!!

Super Bowl and My Birthday!!

Wow!!  I can't believe I am 28!  Time goes by FAST!!!  I had such a great birthday weekend!!  I am so blessed to have an awesome family and friends!!  We went to a Super Bowl party on Sunday at our friends Brandon and Amy's house and their little Maddoxx!  They were so sweet and surprised me with such a pretty cake and decorations (they said over the hill) =(  and Balloons!  It was sooo sweet of them and made my birthday extra special!!  I had a good end to my birthday with good friends....can't ask for anything better!!!  Avery had sooo much fun playing with her friends Hannah, Haylee and Maddox!  She can say Hannah, it sounds like she is saying Nana and Madd for Maddox, but couldn't quite get Haylee down!  We will work on that one Haylee!!

Redneck Ballerina

Avery's Uncle Dillon bought her her first camo onesie for Christmas!!  And, her Mimi bought her a tutu!  Well, on Sunday morning Daddy dressed Avery in her camo shirt and Mommy decided that we needed to Avery(ize) it a little!!!  So, we put on her pretty big bow and pink tutu!!  Now, that is how you are suppose to wear camo Uncle D!!!!

Heard Museum

On Saturday we went to the Heard Museum in McKinney!  A guy at Ryan's work told him about it and it was pretty cool!  It was such a beautiful day outside so we had to take advantage!!  They had a trail that you walked down that had dinosaurs, they looked pretty real and made noises like dinosaurs...even though some of them sounded like a cow!!  Avery didn't really know what to think of them!  She was really scared, but just not to sure!  They also had a trail that had some animals in cages (thank goodness)!!  Avery loved that part and thought every animal was a puppy!!  She was waving hi to all of the animals and blowing them all kisses!  I swear she is the sweetest thing I have ever seen!  I love her soooo much!!!!

Daddy had to come to the rescue, she did get a little scared of this guy, b/c I tried to sit her down and take her picture!
