Thanks to her Grandaddy (my dad) that is the only way Avery will eat now! We went to dinner with him and Brenda on Saturday night and he let Avery eat everything by her self! She was having sooo much fun and ate sooo well by her self! She had chicken, applesauce, green beans, rice and rolls and of course some of her Grandaddy's sweet tea! She was loving it! And, yeah, so thanks dad, this is how she wants to eat at home now!

Jack's Party!

Avery had soooo much fun at Jack's party on Sunday!  She loved Win Kids...I can't wait to sign her up for classes this summer!  They had balls, bubbles, music, trampolines, swings....all of Avery's favorite things!  She never slowed down the whole time...just to eat cake and ice cream!  She was yelling "ball, ball, and wee (for the swings) and dancing to the music!  She got on the swings with the big kids and went really high and smiled and laughed the whole time!  She LOVED it!!  She had a lot of fun playing with all of the kids her own size!  Thanks Jack for inviting us to the BEST party ever!!!  Hope you had a very happy 4th Birthday!!

Kite Flying by the lake!

Ryan went to the grocery store for some milk and came home with a new Barbie kite for Avery!  He is such a great daddy, always thinking of fun things for Avery to do and trying to get things for her that he knows she will like!  Avery had a lot of fun flying her kite on Saturday, but not nearly as much fun as Ryan did!  Poor Ryan was wishing he wasn't out flying a Barbie kite, but maybe a more manly kite, but that is what daddy's to little princesses have to do!!  =)

No matter where Avery is she always takes the time to stop and smell the roses, well actually the flowers and weeds!!  =)

It actually flew really good and really high!  Avery loved to see it up in the sky and kept pointing and saying kite!  It did have one crash landing into the lake, but Ryan saved it!

OH GOSH!!!

There aren't any pictures to go with this...I know, how boring right!  But, I just have to tell you how funny Avery is!  First of all she is pretty much a mini me and I have to say it is pretty scary!  I know that I am definitely going to be paying for my raising and I know that my dad (Lew) is going to be laughing his booty off!!  =)  But, that is okay, I am up for it...I think!  Avery listens to every single thing we say that is for sure!  Well,  I know that I always say "Oh, my gosh!!"  Guess what Avery's favorite thing to say is...that's right!  Little miss walks around saying "Oh Gosh"  Today she pulled the curtains down in her room and I run in there to see what is going on and I see Avery holding the curtains in her little cute hands saying "Oh Gosh!!"  She is probably thinking, my mama is going to really get me for this one!  Not to worry I got the curtains but back into place!!  But, she is such a hand full...she needs your constant supervision!!  Another thing she recently started doing is calling me mom!  I have to say it is pretty darn cute to hear her saying "Mom, Mom....Mom"  But, I would really per fer to be called Mama or mommy for a little while longer.  She sounds like such a teenager saying mom!  =(  But, that is okay...I love her more than I ever knew possible!  She is the absolute best thing and the light of my life!!  I love this little girl more than EVER!!!!!!!

Pretty, Pretty Piggy Tails

Mama's favorite helper...

Avery loves to help you with what ever you are doing!  She loves to be right in the middle of it, no matter what it is!  She loves to help sweep the floor, fold the clothes, dust and really loves to do the dishes!  I will take her help anytime!  I just hope this continues into her teenage years!  I have a funny feeling she will change her mind by that time!  =)

Anyone know who sings that song??  Only the most awesome and cutest singer ever and he is going to be here May 2!!!  Can't wait!  If only he could meet his littlest fan!  But, really we are ready for summer or at least spring, I could do with out the 105 degree days!

Avery had her first pedicure the other day!  It was pretty much a night mare and we both ended up with polish EVERYWHERE....but, her toes do look pretty cute!!

I LOVE this girl!!!  She is the BEST thing in our lives!!!!  How could we possibly be so blessed!  I will never know, but I will always be thankful!!!  =)

Today was such a beautiful day!  Last year on this day it snowed, today it was 86 degrees...Hello, summer!!!  Avery LOVES to be outside, she would stay out all day if she could!  She stands by the door and says "side, side", so we have been spending a lot of time outside.  She loves to swing and go for rides in her wagon.  She calls both of the "wee", sooo cute!!!  And, when it is time to come back inside, most would think her fit throwing, back arching, screaming and hitting wasn't so cute, but some how I find it kind of cute!  Maybe it is because I am totally in love and she can do no wrong in my book!!!

ELMO

Avery had sooo much fun at Elmo last weekend!  She loves Elmo and says his name so cute!!  She says Elllllmo!  It is so sweet when she says it!  She was really into the show at first, for about the first 15-20 minutes of the hour and half show!  Thank goodness we had a suite or we would have never made it through!  Her most favorite thing was walking up and down the stairs in the suite like such a big girl!  She would walk down to the bottom and watch for about 10 seconds and then walk back up and do it all over again!  She had her first taste of cotton candy and seemed to really like it, I mean who wouldn't love eating pure sugar!!  She also had nachos for the first time and just loved sucking the cheese right off of the chips....nasty!!!!  She had a lot of fun at Elmo, we will definitely have to do it again next year!!
