Busted lip...

Poor baby was trying to set up her pillows just perfectly and slipped and hit her chin on the coffee table and bit through her bottom lip! It was sooooo sad and she cried so hard! But, it was nothing that a lot of kisses, ice cream, chocolate milk and Calliou couldn't fix!!! Such a sweet girl!!! Horrible pictures of her lip, you can't really see well. But, there were two teeth marks in her bottom lip. =(

Paga and his grand babies!!

We are so blessed to have such a great Paga!! Thank you for loving both of your grand babies so much! You are truly a huge blessing in all of our lives!!! We love you Paga!!!

This girl is sooo silly and I LOVE it!! She laughs all the time and makes silly faces! She is sooo fun!!

Two Peas in a Pod

Avery loves playing with her friend John! Poor John is so sweet and Avery just bosses him around the whole time! But, he takes it so well and still gives her hugs and kisses! I can't wait to watch them grow up to be GREAT friends!!!

I'm a Big Kid Now.....

Avery went pee pee in her potty last night!!!! This was her third time to do it! She was so proud of herself! She was showing me the pee pee and even put her hands in it just to make sure it was really there!! Nice, I know! We are sooo proud of her and we were all screaming and clapping and jumping around like crazy people!! She is no where near ready to be potty trained but it was a huge step in the right direction!!! We are so proud of you baby!!!

Never say Never!!!!

Top Ten things I thought I would NEVER do as a mother, you know when I was perfect before I had a child!!!!

#1 Love anyone as much as I LOVE Avery, did not even know it was possible!!!!

#2 Love hearing someone say the word Mommy, over and over and over again!!

#3 Let my child drink tea out of my straw or EVER, I would never do that b/c a child does not need to be drinking tea!!

#4 Give in to what my baby wants b/c she is throwing a fit and kicking and screaming on the floor for what ever it is and I would rather give her what she wants than listen to her throw a fit!! I would NEVER do that, that would be horrible and show her that it was okay to throw fits!!

#5 Act totally crazy even in public just to make her laugh the most awesome and precious laugh you have ever heard!!

#6 Watch Calliou 10+ times a day, and even kind of like it! I wouldn't even let my child watch t.v., b/c you know good parents don't entertain their children w/ t.v......

#7 Let my child eat pizza twice a week, b/c that is not nutritional for a child to eat pizza! She needs to eat veggies and fruit and organic home made meals for every meal! And, never do I let her finish off her pizza w/ a little ice cream!!

#8 Never thought I would let her sit on the coffee table or lay on the coffee table and look at a book or play w/ her babies or watch t.v. ( I know t.v. again) after repeatedly asking and telling her to get off, but finally just give in and give up b/c she totally ignores me and it is easier to let her just sit on the coffee table if she is happy, I mean she isn't hurting anything right??!!

#9 Put her in time out and have her laugh and say "Time out, okay!!!" And, with a smile!!

#10 Just sit and stare at her and watch her sleep!! Thank God a million times a day for choosing me to be her mommy! Pray non stop for her! Be sooo in love with her!

I love her more than anything and I am glad that I am not that perfect mommy that I once thought I would be! I saw this on another blog and thought it was funny! Mine is not nearly as good as I thought it would be, but it is kind of hard!! B/c you know I have the perfect child!! =) You should give it a try!!!!

Parker Baby!

Monday we had lunch with my good friend Erica and her sweet baby boy Parker! He is the sweetest thing ever! He is now 6 weeks old....I forgot what it feels like to hold a baby that small, it is a little scary, but sooooo sweet!!!!!

Aver loves Parker also! And, calls him Parker baby! She wanted to be holding and kissing on him the whole time! Erica is so sweet and WAY nicer and WAY more relaxed than I would have been! Which, is an awesome thing! She let Avery hold Parker and kiss and love on him as much as she wanted! Thank you Erica! She looks like such a big girl in this picture holding a tiny baby! I can't wait for them to become great friends!!

July 5th at Great Grandaddy's!

Happy 4th of July on the 14th of July!

These pictures are very out of order, but blogger does not believe it putting your pictures in the correct order or have a simple way to do that, so we are going to have to live with it! It drives me nuts!!! =) We went to Nanny and Poppy's house to celebrate that day! We had such a great time! We are very blessed with a huge family. Tons of aunts and uncles and cousins every where! I love being with my family, I always have!! Avery of course loves being with her family as well and had so much fun with all of the kids! She loved the fireworks and kept saying boom boom, each time one went off! We had such a great day! Thank you Nanny and Poppy for letting us celebrate at your house each year, it is so much fun!
