WOW!!!! What a wonderful Christmas we had! We are sooo blessed! There is NOTHING like celebrating Christmas with your child! It is the best thing in the entire world! Ryan and I can not stop saying how this was the BEST Christmas of our life because of our little angel! I am so thankful that Avery already knows the real meaning of this day! It makes me so proud to hear her say "Kissmas is for JESUS!!!" I will always do everything to make sure "Santa" is never bigger than Jesus and to make sure she knows the real meaning of this day!
Santa of course will always come see Avery. I just want her to always focus on Jesus during this season, but of course get excited about Santa coming to see her! And see her he did!! She was so excited on Christmas morning to come see what Santa brought her! She was a little scared to come out of her room...she thought Santa was waiting in the living room!
Avery has been wanting this house forever! She was so happy to see it! I think she was still in shock a little! But, she has played in her house non stop! She said "Mommy I am
soo happy!!"
She was really excited to see what Bruiser had in his stocking, even more so than her own stocking!
Yay, another musical toy!! Avery loves music and all things musical!! She loves this recorder!!
She was so funny unwrapping her gifts! She had to tear every single tiny piece of paper off! She didn't even look at the present until every piece of paper was off! But, she loved each gift and wanted to open each one right away and take it out and play with it before she moved on to the next one!
She had to have Daddy come inside her house. We have all had to play inside her house with her!

After we unwrapped all of the presents we had to go outside and play in the snow!

sooo beautiful, I love it!!"
She made snowballs and loved throwing them at us!!
After playing in the snow we went to Mimi and
Paga's for breakfast! We of course had to do presents before breakfast!
Avery could not wait! She ran right over to this present and started opening it! Thank goodness it was for her!

Her most favorite toy! She got a real guitar from her Uncle Justin! She LOVES this guitar! She loves playing songs on it and dancing for us! But, you better not touch her guitar b/c "It is MINES!!!" That is what Avery tells us when we try to play it!
I love watching her sweet face as she unwraps her presents! She seriously got so excited over everything! She would say "
OHHH,
looook mommy!!!"

She was putting on a show for us! Her favorite song is Jingle Bell Rock! After the song she says "Thank you, Thank you!!"

Then we went to Aunt Callie's house! Avery with her two Uncles!! Dillon and Clay!!

soo funny when Nanny sat on Poppy's lap!! Looks like everyone thought it was pretty funny!! My family is crazy and funny and I love it!!!! BTW..my grandparents have been married for 53 years!!! And, they are still in love!!!!
This is Avery on the way home! She had a 20 minute power nap! She was out!!! When we got home we laid her on the couch and she jumped up and said "Where is my house???" Then ran over to it and said "Oh,
goodie there it is!!"
Uncle Dillon had to play with Avery in her house!

We hope you and your families had a very Merry Christmas! I know we had the best Christmas yet! We had such a great day full of family and love! There is nothing better than Christmas with a child! Avery has opened our eyes in a way I never knew possible! She is the greatest thing! We sang "Happy Birthday to Jesus" all day long! I love that she already knows what this day means...even though she doesn't really get it...she still knows what this day is about!
