Race cars and hopsicles!

Avery has been having so much fun with her new "race car" as she calls it! She really drives it like it is a race car, makes me pretty scared! I really guess we need to get her a helmet! She loves driving around the drive way and any where else she can go! She does pretty good until she gets stuck, she has the reverse down, but would much rather yell for her mommy or daddy to come help her and I mean yell loudly until you get there!! =)

"Hopsicles" are her favorite things these days! She has a few a day! She loves them and they work really good for bribery! They helped a lot with the potty training! Which, I am sooooo proud to say she is 100% potty trained and she did it herself pretty much the first day! Such a good, smart, amazing girl! We are soooo blessed to be her mommy and daddy!!!!

This one is for you Papa! She drives like her mama! I am pretty sure you can reacall an incident with a golf cart and a tree, fence and even my mom's car!

Cowgirl??

Avery came out of my closet the other day with my boots on! She was so proud and told me she was a cowgirl!! She's the cutest cowgirl I've ever seen!!

Bubble Bath!

Avery loves taking her bath at night...I mean who wouldn't love to take a bubble bath like this? She has so much fun in the bath tub. She lays back and gets her hair wet and swims around, blows bubbles in the water...she loves it! She has a lot of toys and she plays and sings the whole time. She is very afraid of the "draim" as Avery calls it and does not like her toys to go near the draim! She really cries and gets upset if it goes near it or if she gets a hair on her, she gets really angry! She prefers Ryan to give her her bath and asks me "Are you giving me a bath or daddy!" She does not like for me to do it and says "Daddy is better at baths!" I love this girl!!!!

D.D.D.Dora

Avery LOVES Dora and her new Dora backpack! It is huge and makes her look huge like she could go to school! It makes her momma a little sad to see that! She packs her backpack every night and takes it with her where ever she goes! It is always full of all kinds of goodies...toys, books, barbies, shoes...whatever she can fit in there! Thanks Mimi and Paga for my new Dora backpack...I LOVE IT!!!

FORTY SIX DAYS!!

That is all we have left, 46 days! Can't wait to meet our son! Not sure how I am going to survive the next 46 days...it's only been about 105 degrees the past few weeks with no end in sight, but I guess that is a Texas summer for you! I can not wait for winter!! =) Or for 46 days!!

Potty Training....

We are officially potty training!! YAY!! I know Avery could have done this months ago, probably even a year ago...but, I have been lazy about it! But, last Saturday I decided it was time. She is two and a half now and about to be a big sister, so the time was right now or months from now! And, I woke up Saturday and decided that was the day! Avery could really care less. I kept telling her that diapers were for babies and naming off all of her little friends that wore panties now and not diapers. We went to Target and bought new Tinker Bell panties, those are the ones she wanted! And, some pull ups for night time, nap time and anytime we leave the house! I have to say Avery has done AWESOME, just like I knew she would! She has seriously maybe had 3 accidents and that was all on Saturday and Sunday! She is just so amazing! I drive her crazy b/c I am constantly asking her "Avery, do you have to go potty?" She gets really angry sometimes "NOOOO!!!" But, I can't blame her! She is really proud of herself and I am soooo proud of her! She is so smart! She is pretty excited that she wears panties now and the diapers are for her brother! Now, I'm not sure what to do about leaving the house. When will she be able to go with out a pull up? I'm not sure how that part works, I guess we will just have to see how that part goes, but for now I am saying that Avery is potty trained!! Wooo Hooo!! There is no turning back now! I am sooo excited and sooo proud of her! She is such a sweet sweet girl, we love her soooo much and are amazed at how smart she is and how fast she learned! We love you our big girl!!!

ughhh!

Our computer is broken! Well actually the charger to the lap top is broke so I can't charge it and it is dead! We are going to have to get a new charger soon b/c it is hard to live with out it! Plus, I can't upload any pictures! Soooo....hopefully soon I can post some pictures again!
I think we may have decided on a name....but, not 100% sure! Hopefully this weekend we can get the baby's room painted, it is a mess right now! I only have 9 weeks left, we really need to get working on it! I have a feeling we are running out of time! I know with Avery we probably already had the room completely ready! I don't know what we are waiting for! I am sooo ready to get it done! And, even more ready to have our little boy in it!! Nine weeks tops and he should be here...so exciting....so scary!!!!
