Well the time has come (about 2 months ago) for Avery to get a new big girl car seat! It is sooo stressful shopping for carseats. I had no idea it could be such a hard decision, even though I know I can't make decisions at all!! But, I did a ton of research and totally annoyed every single Babies R Us employee and FINALLY decided on a freakin' car seat! Just in case anyone cares we got the Britax Marathon! And, so far so good! I just wish they made them a little cuter...sheesh, they have to be so ugly! Avery was ready to get out of her baby seat!

And, here she is in her big girl car seat!! =( So, sad for mommy! Daddy was pretty sad too when he got home and found out he had to install it into my car! It only took about 2 hours and finally resorted to Ryan reading the instructions (who would have thought) and it was in my car! And, she loved it! She still has to face backwards until she is one, which is quickly approaching! I am going to miss being able to gently lift her out of the car in her baby seat and sit her down on the floor or in the grocery cart while she peacefully slept for a little longer, just another sign!! =(
