Summer Cleaning...

Avery's room has become a dangerous place to play! She loves playing in her room and taking every single thing out and not putting a thing up!
She changes clothes at least 10 times a day...we had to buy a lock this weekend for her closet door. She would get in there and take all of the clothes down and I mean all of the clothes. There were broken hangers and clothes EVERYWHERE!!! It looked like my closet when I was about 16! So, now she wants to know why we locked her out of there and really does not like the new lock, but I love it!! I think Ryan was a genius for coming up with that idea!
Today was the day that I could not take her room anymore! We went in with two trash bags and a lot of cleaning supplies! We usually pick her room up at the end of the day, but it got bad this weekend!
So, I cleaned and threw away junk...happy meal toys...while Brody and Avery "helped" played and made things worse!! =)
Finally, Avery could see her table and actually sit at it!! She told me "Thank you mommy, I am soooo proud of you!!!" She promises she will put things back where they go from now on! We will see how long that lasts, we already had to do another clean up before bed time!
