Destin!!

We took our annual family vacation a week ago and had the most amazing time!  We decided to change it up this year and go to Florida!  I am sooo soooo glad that we did.  It is awesome, beautiful and amazing!  We will never go anywhere else; well until we go to Hawaii or something!  Thank you Mimi and Paga for another amazing family vacation together!  We could never thank you enough for everything.  We had so much fun and made so many wonderful memories together!

 We left early in the morning on Sunday for our trip to Destin.  I had made Avery and Brody little baskets full of surprises to open every few hours to keep them entertained!  It was such a great idea thanks to Pinterest!  We also had two dvd players and two cases of movies.  I have to say the drive there and back was amazing.  I was seriously dreading it for months.  We had Brody in our car and Uncle Justin and Mimi and Paga had Avery.  I am glad we split them up because they would have been fighting before we even got on the highway.  It was the easiest best road trip I have ever been on, Avery and Brody were perfect angels!!  I am so thankful they were so great!  We drove until about 6 or so and stopped for the night in Louisiana.  We stayed in a hotel for the night and had a pizza party in Mimi and Paga's room.

 The next morning we had to jump on the beds because that is just what you do in a hotel!

 We drove for a few hours, through Louisiana, Alabama, and Mississippi and Florida!!  We stopped at Diary Queen for lunch and to celebrate making it to Florida!!

 I think she was delirious!

 Sweet brother was sharing his ice cream because sister had already eaten hers.  Another good thing about splitting them up in the car was that they were really sweet and happy to see each other each time that we stopped!

 Those two are amazing!!!!

 Finally we made it to Destin and got to our house!  Avery wasted no time and ran in and put on her bikini!  Mimi and I went to the store while the guys; Daddy, Paga, and Justin were brave and took the kids to the beach!  They had a blast.  We bought a ton of groceries for the week and got back in time to see them walking back from the beach!

 The next morning we took a walk around the neighborhood to check out all the pretty houses!

And this is our house!!!  It was an amazing place to stay and was so pretty!  I highly recommend every one take the 13ish our trip and go to Destin!!!!!
