On our second day in Florida, really our first real day we got up and went to the beach right away. It was cloudy and looked like rain so we were kind of scared at first. It was still so pretty even with the gray dark skies.
But, the clouds moved on and it turned into a beautiful fun day!
Avery was so excited to be at the beach!
Brody started out having fun and loving the sand. He just sat there and filled that bucket forever. After some time he decided he did not like the sand at all. He just wanted me to hold him. If I even tried to sit him down even in a chair he would start crying and lifting up his legs. He did not even want his toe to touch the sand. He was saying "No beach, no ocean!" Great!!!
Avery had no problem getting sandy! Daddy and Avery had so much fun digging in the sand and building sand castles.
I think he starting to realize he may not be a fan of the sand.
Uncle Justin was a good sport and let everyone bury him! Avery had been talking about how she couldn't wait to get to the beach and bury Uncle Justin!

This is the famous tunnel Daddy built for Avery! She thought it was the greatest thing and I have to say it was pretty impressive!
We had so much fun at the beach! After that we went swimming at the pool at our house and grilled out steaks that night! They were delicious!
